- My name is Olivia, and I enjoy alcohol. Ranked in a semi-arbitrary order - rye, bourbon, gin, bitters, wine, aromatic liqueurs, etc etc etc ad nauseum. I love craft cocktails with ingredients I've never heard of (becoming harder and harder to find), I like making my own ingredients - limoncello, home brewing beer and ginger beer, tinctures for a future epic bitters, infused spirits... I am a sucker for local ingredients - Texas is a big state, and even though it has some archaic prohibition-era liquor laws, the inhabitants of this great state make some delicious alcohols. Dislikes include Malibu rum, diet sodas, sweet wines, and hipsters (ironic?). As snobby as a drinker as I can afford to be.
